With over 16 years of experience as a real estate broker, Andrea “LaJuan” Mills has a deep passion for helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from USC Upstate, which reflects her commitment to caring for others.

In 1996, LaJuan moved to Camp LeJeune, NC, with her husband Torrey during his service in the United States Marine Corps. In 2000, they settled in Fayetteville, where she honed her professional skills at First Citizens Bank from 2000 to 2010. Starting as a teller supervisor, she transitioned to the commercial loan department, gaining valuable insights into finance that now benefit her clients in real estate.

LaJuan has also managed three medical practices in the Fayetteville area, further demonstrating her ability to lead and support diverse teams. Her dedication to community service is evident through her long-standing involvement with The Junior League of Fayetteville, where she served as president from 2011 to 2012 and continues as an active sustainer. She has also volunteered with the Cape Fear Regional Theatre board, contributing her time and talents to enrich the local arts community.

As a real estate agent, LaJuan is driven by her passion for empowering people, promoting wealth diversification, and fostering connections within her community.
